We are offering you plently of time to return goods to us, if the item was not a suitable gift for your family and friends.
Last day for refunds Friday 20th January 2012
Last day for credit notes and exchanges Tuesday 31st January 2012
Last day is equal to the day it lands with us. Do not forget to send any items recorded delivery or with proof of postage
as a minimum.
Special requests - and we have had a few!
If you have any requirements such as the ones above, we can help. Our current website cannot take that information at checkout but
we can so simply send us an email after you have placed your order and we will do our very best to help.
UK delivery Information
UK deliveries include the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO
We will always confirm your order dispatch by email detailing your tracking number and which courier company your item is with. We
currently use Royal Mail, Interlink and Parcelforce.
Standard UK service - £4
This service normally takes 3-4 working days, please allow 7 days during sale times. You will be required to sign for your item. If you
are not in, your delivery driver will leave a card with the all contact information for you to arrange the redelivery.
UK Express delivery service - £8
Next working day on orders placed before 12pm. You will be required to sign for your item. If
you are not in your delivery driver will leave a card with the all contact information for you to arrange the redelivery.
This service is only available for Mainland UK. Please note Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of
Man can take 2 working days.
Orders placed over the weekend and on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Returns Information
We want you to be delighted with every item you buy from Chukka but we know that is not always possible. So we try to make
returning an item as simple as possible.
Important bits
Keep hold of your receipts and returns form which are both enclosed in your parcel.
Goods are returned to Chukka at your own cost, you will not be charged postage for the exchange items we send to you. We know
how much you enjoy the use of a FREE RETURNS service, we have looked into the costs involved in doing this but at this present
time we are unable to absorb them.
Always send your items recorded delivery so your goods are insured.
Follow these 2 simple steps to return your goods
1. Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order indicating whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Returns confimation
We aim to do all refunds and exchanges within 3 weeks, although it is often a lot quicker than this. We will notify you via email you
on the day we process your refund or your exchange item is dispatched.
Returns during a SALE
Our policy is as above, however we request that goods are back to Chukka within 14days of receiving the goods.
Cancellations policy
If you have ordered the wrong size, colour or ordered more than one by mistake. Simply call us as soon as
possible (we have 24hr answer machine if you are ordering late at night) 0845 0805916 or email admin@chukkaclothing.com
and we will correct your order before we dispatch.
