Delivery and Returns 

Standard Delivery                                  £4.95

Our target is 3 to 4 days from receiving an order, but please allow 10 working days, for UK, CI, IOM and BFPO.  If a particular item you require is not in stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date.  A signature is required for this delivery.

 

Express Delivery                                  £7

Our target is next day delivery for mainland UK only, from receiving orders before midday, after midday delivery may be two days.  Any orders placed on a Friday, weekend or bank holiday will automatically be processed the following working day.  A signature is required.  Sorry next day delivery not available during sale periods.

Returns

Here at Chukka we want you to be delighted with every purchase you make, however, it is important that you RETAIN YOUR RECEIPT. If you require a refund simply return your purchase within 28 days in its original condition with the receipt and we will refund you in full. Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for other merchandise.

Follow these 5 easy steps

1. There is no need to contact us when sending us a return.
2. Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
3. Send the parcel to:

4. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Goods are returned to us at Chukka at your own cost.  You will not be charged postage for the exchanges we send you.
5. We will confirm in writing that we are dealing with your return. You will receive your refund, credit note or exchange within our target time of 3 weeks from the time we received the goods.

Returns during sale times

 

Follow the same 5 steps, please read the following carefully.  Items purchased during the sale can be exchanged or refunded but we must receive the goods 14 days from our despatch date.  We can only exchange goods from within the same season, for example you buy a top in the summer sale we can only exchange for another item in the summer range.  If there is nothing suitable left we will provide you with a credit note that you can use within the following seasons valid for one year.  

 

Please note during the current 3 for 2 offer if you return a paid item you will be refunded the difference between this and your free item.  If you return the free item you will not be due a refund.  If you wish to exchange your free item for a more expensive item then please note you will be expected to pay the difference.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Please do not panic if you have ordered the wrong size or quantity you can easily amend your online order, or make a cancellation once it has been confirmed, simply call Chukka on 0845 0805916.
